1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CodesAuto (“Service,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our automation development services, website, and any related tools or applications available at codesauto.com.

By accessing or using CodesAuto, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Services

CodesAuto provides custom automation development services, including but not limited to:

  • Python scripting and automation
  • Web automation (browser automation, scraping tools)
  • API integrations and webhook implementations
  • Data pipeline and ETL automation
  • Bots and scheduled task systems (Telegram, Discord, cron jobs)
  • Custom web applications and browser-based automation tools
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript front-end development

All services are described and scoped individually per project agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of specific deliverables outside of a formal project agreement.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of CodesAuto, you may be required to register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at service@codesauto.com

You may register using Google OAuth for secure, passwordless authentication. Account deletion requests should be directed to service@codesauto.com.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use CodesAuto's services responsibly and lawfully. You agree NOT to:

  • Use our tools to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications without proper consent
  • Automate access to third-party websites or systems in violation of their Terms of Service
  • Build automations designed to scrape personal data without proper legal authority
  • Create tools intended to harass, threaten, or harm individuals
  • Use our services to violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other malicious code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or accounts
  • Resell, redistribute, or sub-license CodesAuto services without written permission
  • Use the platform for any deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent purpose

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and access to our services, with or without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The CodesAuto platform, website, design, branding, and all non-project-specific code are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without explicit written permission.

Client Deliverables: Intellectual property ownership for custom-built automations, scripts, and tools created specifically for a client project will be defined in the individual project agreement between CodesAuto and the client. Unless otherwise specified in writing, upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered work for its intended purpose.

You retain full ownership of all data, content, and materials you provide to us for the purpose of building your automation solution.

6. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to deliver reliable services but cannot guarantee:

  • 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
  • Compatibility of delivered automations with all future third-party API changes
  • Availability of any third-party integrations our automations depend upon
  • Continued functionality if you modify delivered code without our involvement

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice wherever possible.

7. Third-Party Services

CodesAuto integrates with the following third-party services. By using CodesAuto, you acknowledge and agree to their respective terms and policies:

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, pricing, or policies of any third-party services used within automations we build for clients. Third-party APIs and platforms may change or discontinue without notice from CodesAuto.

8. Payment Terms

All project pricing and payment terms are agreed upon on a per-project basis before work begins. These terms will be documented in a separate project agreement or invoice.

  • Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your project agreement
  • Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received
  • Refund eligibility is outlined in the individual project agreement
  • CodesAuto reserves the right to retain any work in progress until full payment is received

We do not store payment card details. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors as specified per project.

9. Data Ownership and Usage Rights

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all content, data, credentials, and materials you provide to CodesAuto for the purpose of building your automation solutions.

Our Usage: You grant CodesAuto a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and utilize your data solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed automation services. We will not use your data for any other purpose, and we will not retain it beyond project completion unless required by law.

Sensitive Data: You are responsible for ensuring that any sensitive or confidential data you share with us is handled according to any applicable regulatory requirements on your end.

10. GDPR and Privacy Compliance

CodesAuto complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws. As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your use of any automation CodesAuto builds complies with GDPR and other applicable laws
  • Obtaining proper consent from end users whose data may be processed by your automation
  • Providing adequate privacy notices wherever required
  • Honoring data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) for data collected via our tools

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodesAuto shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from third-party service outages, API changes, or failures
  • Losses arising from your modification of delivered automation code
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to CodesAuto in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodesAuto and its team members from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services in violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights
  • Any misuse of automations or tools we have delivered to you

13. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

  • By You: At any time by contacting service@codesauto.com. Outstanding payment obligations remain due.
  • By Us: For violation of these Terms, engaging in illegal activity, non-payment, or abuse of our services. We may terminate immediately without notice for serious violations.

Upon termination, your access to any CodesAuto-hosted tools or accounts will be revoked. Data may be deleted according to our retention policies outlined in the Privacy Policy.

14. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at service@codesauto.com to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing formal proceedings.

If informal resolution fails, any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, conducted in English. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit related to our services.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will:

  • Notify registered users via email at least 30 days before changes take effect
  • Update the “Last Updated” date on this page

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where CodesAuto operates. All legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable project agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and CodesAuto regarding the use of our services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
